I had the most wonderful experience. The customer service is outstanding! The quality of the jewelry box is 5+ stars. I’m giving it as a gift and I have it wrapped so I can’t upload a picture. I received an email from Donuma with a picture of the jewelry box to get my approval. I was in awe. That is truly great customer service. Thank you Cedrick at Donuma for taking care of me and the great service you provided.

I worked with Cedrick after I placed my order. He helped me through all the details from picking the music to engraving options, etc. This was Mother's day gift for my wife in honor of our late son who padded away, so the gift means so much to me and to her now essentially. I'm very grateful to the team there and all their hard work in helping make this gift special for my wife. Thank you again so much!

My first requested custom song was a bit too long, and they worked with me to find a different version. They tried a couple different iterations and sent me examples until I found one that worked well. Super nice to work with! Super helpful! The final music box came out perfect!!
