Due to the nature of the product, no returns are accepted. Unfortunately, customized products can not be put back in stock. However, if there's an issue with your order, please initiate a chat session on our website and we will make it right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Personalized items are exempt from the European Union 14 day cooling off period clause. Therefore, no refunds and no returns are offered for European Union customers whatsoever.
Missing / Damaged Packages
If the package is lost or damaged in transit, we will initiate an insurance claim. A customer will need to sign a confirmation with the insurance company that the statement is true. Claim processing times are subject to the shipping insurance provider.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to carefully review your music box order and ensure all personalizations are as meant to be. We do not offer exchanges on personalized music boxes.
Refunds
We may refund part or your whole order at our own discretion to compensate for a particular issue.
