We ship from our fulfillment centers in the USA and Asia.

Every order comes with a tracking number. Shipping updates are sent via email. Customers can also check order status using the live chat window.

Where We Ship

We currently ship worldwide, including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.

Handling Time

  • Predefined melody music boxes: 1-2 weeks depending on customization level

  • Custom melody music boxes: 3-5 weeks depending on customization level

Factors affecting handling time:

  • Issues with custom song requests

  • Custom design engraving or other add-ons

  • Number of revisions or changes to orders

  • Waiting for customer reply

  • Clearance process at the destination country’s customs office

  • Major holidays (Christmas, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day)

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time after your order is shipped: 3–10 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Customs clearance and other unforeseen events (natural disasters, strikes, etc) may add an additional delay.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard US Shipping: $9.99 flat fee

  • Standard International Shipping: $29.99

We primarily use UPS to deliver your order.
