They were very patient, professional, and helpful with my custom music selection. The melody is a custom tune and working with the Donuma team to get it just right was easy. The construction of the box and the custom engraving are the highest level of craftsmanship. I bought this as a reminder of my little boy who passed unexpectedly. Donuma was the only business online the I found the music box song I was looking for readily available. When I first started putting together my order, I thought I was limited to a small music box but then realized there were larger box options (jewelry) available. So, I took my design from the small box to a larger jewelry box that included a photo slot under the lid. It was a gift for my wife’s 40th birthday and ended up being just what I had in mind when I initially came up with the idea of a personalized music box. It turned out great and I’m very pleased with the gift! Would highly recommend to others!

I cannot begin to express how happy I am with this purchase. The team at Donuma, particularly Cedrick, were amazing. I think we all know that good customer service is rare these days. But Cedrick and team were absolutely exceptional! I've never done this before and I wanted something really special for our daughters college graduation. We watched Gilmore Girls together years ago and love the story. I found the theme song on line, but Cedrick perfected and improved it beyond what I expected. He worked with me, answered every question in a professional and timely manner. We chose a world map for the engraving and it turned out perfect. It arrived early and to my surprise, in a beautifully wrapped cloth lined box. It's just stunning and perfect. We cannot wait to give it to her. I wanted something special, so I chose the company with the best reviews, and what we got was an amazing treasure. I cannot thank you enough!

Tl,dr: you will love this. Overall the experience was just perfect. I was looking for a custom music box for my wife and found my way here. They would've let me look up my own song, as I wanted OUR song, but it turned out that they already had it! That done, I customized it with a lyric from the song, our anniversary and a picture on the inside. Recieved it today, MUCH quicker than expected, and we're blown away. Wife almost cried. They even sent us a second, close up picture of the one I requested on the inside, never asked for but adorable and greatly appreciated. There is so much to say about this experience/gift but I can't make this review that long!

First of all, the back and forth e-mails during the construction of the music box really made me realise just how professional and caring this company is. They supported me with alterations and even gave me a suitable solution for the music track itself. The quality of the wood is stellar, the sound is so clean and beautiful and the design is neat and classy. The construction and the delivery were very quick, despite me living basically on the other side of the world. Very pleased with the product and the service! Every cent is worth it!
