Who ships this item?

This piece ships directly from our partner brand's studio, so it arrives in
its own package on its own timeline. If you ordered a music box too, expect
two deliveries.

Can I engrave or personalize it?

No. Our partner pieces ship exactly as shown. Engraving and the QR memory
plate are available on Donuma music boxes and custom gifts.

How do returns work?

Contact Donuma support within 30 days and we'll handle it. You'll get a
prepaid label and we'll route the return to the right place. Same policy,
same team, same inbox.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Reach out within 12 hours and we'll try. After that it's usually already
picked and packed. Custom Donuma items can't be cancelled once production
starts, but partner pieces can be returned after delivery.

Will it arrive gift-wrapped?

Partner pieces arrive in the brand's own packaging, which is gift-ready.
Donuma gift wrap and handwritten note cards apply to music boxes and
engraved items only.
