They have professional employees creating the melody specifically for my purchase and we were in contact all the time so that I had the ability to review the outcome and make changes if I wanted to. I could tell that they put a lot of love and effort into their work and I myself as well as my girlfriend are overwhelmed by the music box that Donuma created for us! I also want to point out that the engraving work on the music box is amazing! It is 100% accurate and not just burnt on the top of the wood but actually etched into it so that you can really see and feel all details of the writing and images. Additinally every component of the music box uses high quality material and is built very sturdy. Thank you to the Donuma Team for this amazing gift, it is truly a work of art!

Never been more satisfied with a product before, worth every penny. The staff went above and beyond in fulfilling my requests, from the customizable melody to the photo and engraving. Never received item due to issues not related to the company but with the shipping. Shipping information said it was delivered to mailbox in another state. Order confirmed that the delivered address was correct on the order. Customer service was very good at answering my questions and being very understanding with the nature of the issue. Issue resolved with refund; will order from company in the future due to the experience with customer service, however.

Gorgeous. Heavy wood, feels like quality wood. The tune sounded grainy and higher pitched in the file for approval- but I’m pleasantly surprised that it sounds nicer in person. This is an impressive gift- I almost want to keep it.

Donuma provided excellent customer service to me. I ordered two music boxes inscribed with my mother’s name and photo. It also played her favorite song. I was sending one to my sister for her birthday. The music boxes were lost in transit somehow and Donuma made it right. They sent me two more with 2 day delivery. I will have enough time to send to my sister for her birthday. I was so worried but Donuma stepped up. We miss our Mom and what a wonderful keepsake for us. It was perfect. At first I was skeptical of paying that amount for something that has various dupes on the internet but the creator made it even more special. By personalizing it and the engraving and the presentation. I cried. I hope they expand their collection because I will be back to purchase more.
Music box came exactly as advertised, had it engraved which was double checked and verified before doing so, box is beautifully crafted, not just glued together dollar store type garbage, time effort was put into making it, everyone I dealt with was super friendly, nice and easy to converse with. Absolutely love the music box. I chose to have a custom song created, the tool they use in the site was very easy to understand and captured the exact moment perfectly. The team reached out a couple times to confirm all the details to make sure I was fully happy with everything. The melody when playing the box sounds perfect, I don’t know how yall do it. The creation and shipping also took a lot less time than I thought it would. Overall seamless process and would highly recommend the service.

I absolutely loved it worth every penny however the shipping service wasn’t the best… I ordered it July 1st and it was expected on july 15th hoping it would come in time for my anniversary (July 17th ) but it got here the 19th or 20th i believe, it was USPS’s fault but other than that it was. 10/10 purchases just wish it had gotten here on time .
